Break open your piggy banks, fans! I need your help! ! THE RIGHT REGRETS, my
third short film, is now in pre-production as of January 1, 2012. To keep to a mid-
September shooting schedule I must raise $110,000.00. Begging is what most indepen-
dent film-makers have to do to get their films made, and I'm now one of those beggars.
SYNOPSIS: Never lucky with men, 70 year old and twice divorced Lily McHenry has
her guard up when she meets 70 year old, never-before-married Englishman, Charles
Wickham. It isn't long before his constant long distance phone calls take hold of her
heart and she invites him to her home in Kittery, Maine. They prove to be the perfect
match, or so it seems. After a 2nd romantic weekend in the White Mts. of New Hamp-
shire, Lily becomes suspicious of Charles. Never once does he mention her visiting him. She
hints. He changes the subject. Utterly frustrated and curious she decides to level the playing
field. Urged on by her friend Vera, who also adores Charles, the two concoct a plan that
proves we sometimes have to pretend to be someone else to find out who we really are.
